The National Education Curriculum and its achievements are implemented by enriching it with student-centered methods and techniques with the learning and teaching approach offered by the IB PYP – International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program.

IB Mission

  • The International Baccalaureate aims to raise inquisitive, knowledgeable and sensitive young people who want to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect.

  • To this end, the organization collaborates with schools, governments and international organizations to develop internationally recognized, superior educational programs and rigorous assessment programs.

  • These programs encourage students from all corners of the world to become active, compassionate, lifelong learners who understand that the views of those who differ from them may also be correct.

IB PYP – International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme: Prepares students to be active participants in a lifelong learning journey.

  • The PYP is a program framework designed for students between the ages of 3 and 12, focused on the development of children as inquiring individuals both in the classroom and in the outside world. It is a framework guided by six transdisciplinary themes of global importance, explored through the use of knowledge and skills derived from six areas, as well as transdisciplinary skills with a strong emphasis on inquiry.

  • The PYP has a flexible structure that adapts to the requirements of national and local curricula.

  • Encourages students to develop independence and take responsibility for their own learning.
