Private Bandırma College’s policies determine and guide the school’s basic processes, functions and practices. These policies are prepared, managed and implemented by the Private Bandırma College Board of Directors in a transparent collaboration and consultation process with academic and administrative staff, parents and students.
In the event of the creation of new programs or changes to be made to existing practices, new processes and policies may be created or existing policies may be updated. Changes made to these processes are regularly communicated to students, employees and parents. Private Bandırma College’s policies are prepared and implemented in accordance with the Ministry of National Education regulations and all relevant legal regulations.
This policy document includes the definitions and processes that determine the practices related to "bullying", one of the most common negative behaviors in the school environment. Our aim is to create and maintain safe and supportive physical and emotional educational environments for all students, free from factors that negatively affect learning and performance.
As Özel Bandırma College, we are determined to combat bullying and, in line with this policy, we take all necessary measures to ensure that our students receive education in a healthy, safe and positive environment.
Bandırma Private College adopts a positive discipline approach in PreK-12. Our discipline policy, prepared within this framework, is organized in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of National Education. The purpose of our discipline policy is to provide students with effective communication, autonomy, sense of responsibility, self-discipline and conflict resolution skills.
The Code of Ethics covers the ethical values and principles that everyone operating within Bandırma Private College must strictly comply with. All academic and administrative staff and students of Bandırma American Cultural College are individually responsible for acting in accordance with the highest ethical standards. The Code of Ethics consists of general principles that guide daily practices and aim for professional excellence.
Academic honesty is based on the objective, original, accurate and principled acquisition and presentation of information. Bandırma Private College aims to provide individuals who follow the scientific method in all academic studies for the society and the world it belongs to; therefore, it is aware of the importance of Academic Honesty principles and carries the mission of establishing academic ethics in addition to this awareness. All teachers and students of Bandırma American Culture College are expected to comply with the Academic Honesty Policy.

Private Bandırma College Psychological Counseling and Guidance Department; carries out studies on the physical, emotional, social and cognitive needs of all students, from pre-school to the final grade of high school, with a protective, preventive and developmental guidance approach, taking into account the characteristics of the age period.
The Information Technology Strategies Policy is a guide that reflects our perspective on the implementation of education with a multi-faceted approach and the integration of technology into educational environments, explains all relevant processes, and defines the roles and responsibilities of our teachers, students, and parents. This policy is regularly developed and updated as a reference point in order to ensure that the digital transformation process we are in is trackable, manageable, and sustainable.
Bandırma Private College is committed to ensuring the safety of its students with the Child Protection Policy it has developed and implemented in accordance with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and the International Child Protection Council standards. All activities to be carried out within the scope of Bandırma American Culture College Child Protection Policy are carried out in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, the Child Protection Law, the MEB Pre-School Education and Primary Education Institutions Regulation and the Secondary Education Institutions Regulation.
